I agree with this statement because if you have a great character then people will get inspired to be like you. Having a good character is very important because it tells a lot about you. Sometimes it can be hard to be positive and have a good character because we may get mad or moody and it can be hard to control our emotions but it's good to try and remain polite to everyone. If you are always kind to others and respect them then it's most likely that they'll treat you the same way. Wherever you go if you have a good heart and good intentions then you will be in peace and happy with yourself. You need to set a good example for everyone around you so they can know that they should start treating each other with respect and kindness. If you are a good person with good values then you will be content with yourself because you have a good heart.
