Duties and Responsibilities: Understanding the Role of a Social Worker. Social workers are responsible for helping individuals, families, and groups of people to cope with problems they're facing to improve their patients' lives.

Salary: The median annual salary is 45,900 USD

Education: Typically, most individuals pursuing social work careers will usually start by completing bachelor’s degrees in social work or human services. Most states also require social workers to be licensed as well, which involves completing a graduate degree program as well as several hours of supervised work experience. 

Demand for this particular career: 15% between 2012 and 2022.

Reflection: yes I would want to be a social worker because I would like to help people whenever they need someone to talk too.

For example the video of the homeless man shows that you should do the right no matter what because if he would have exchanged the ring for 4 thousand dollars it wouldn't have been worth it because instead the kept the ring and the lady that owned it helped him get money because people wanted to donate. He also found his family and got reunited with them after 16 years and in my opinion that's way better than 4 thousand dollars. Every human being should know the difference between right or wrong. So whenever were in a situation when were tested to do the right then you should just do it. Because something great may come out of it. Making the right choices makes you feel good about yourself because you know that you could have done the wrong but you were being a smart person.
